Windows Address Book is a component that lets you keep your contacts that can be shared by multiple programs (mostly by Outlook Express). It was first introduced with Internet Explorer 3 in 1996 and improved in next versions of Windows. In Windows Vista, Address Book was replaced with Windows Contacts program.
