Could someone please tell me how to uninstall Speedyfox? There is no uninstall option and Speedyfox doesn't show up in Windows Add/Remove Programs. I'm sure it works great for some, but for me, I noticed no benefit.

Simply delete the executable file, SpeedyFox is portable and does not contain any other files or registry entries.

I'm confused as to how deleting the Speedyfox.exe file would undo whatever changes/tweaks that Speedyfox made. I'm guessing that it doesn't make any permanent changes to any of the files in the firefox profile directory?

Yes, you can safely delete it.
