Technical Support
We provide both registered and unregistered user with technical
support. Even if you are just trying our product, we will certainly
reply to your message. We will answer your questions within 48
hours at most (usually, earlier, within an hour). Each question is
carefully studied by the staff of the technical support department
and they often discuss it with developers in order to give the most
complete answer. We appreciate each customer and will answer each
question.

In case you cannot find the answer to your question, you can

not forget to specify a valid return e-mail address if you want to
receive a reply from us.
Make sure you specify the following information in your
message:
- The name and version of the program (see it in the “About”
dialog box).
- Your registration data (registered users get priority
support).
- Your operating system with updates (for example, Windows XP
SP2).
- The situation that existed when the problem occurred (probably,
the error can be reproduced by certain operations).
- Any other information that you think is related and might help
us.
