    We provide both registered and unregistered users with technical support. Even if you are just trying our product, we will certainly reply to your message. The support team will answer your questions within 48 hours at most (usually, earlier, within an hour). Each question is carefully studied by the staff of the technical support department and they often discuss it with developers in order to give the most complete answer.
